• Password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication)
• Church affiliation (via Church Code)
• Profile description or photo (if provided)
• Requests, messages, and responses posted in the app

We use your data only to:

• Authenticate and manage your account
• Allow you to submit, view, and respond to requests
• Send notifications related to your activity
• Facilitate communication within your church

We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Your information is only visible to users in your church when you choose to post.

4. Data Security

Your data is protected by Firebase and stored on secure infrastructure managed by Google. Access is restricted.

• View the data we store about you
• Update or correct your information
• Request deletion of your account and data

ChurchBridge is intended for general church use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without consent. If found, it will be deleted.

9. Image Uploads and External Hosting

If you upload images to the app, they are hosted on Imgur (https://imgur.com). These image URLs are public and accessible to anyone with the link. We do not use these images for analytics or advertising.

Do not upload sensitive or personal images. Once uploaded, images cannot be deleted from Imgur.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ChurchBridge is provided as-is, without any warranties, express or implied. By using the app, you agree that the developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. You use the app at your own risk and expense. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or security of data beyond what is reasonably expected. This limitation of liability applies to current and future versions of the app, including any new features or changes.
